Pros And Cons of Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset
After using the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset for quite some time I came across some pros and cons of this Gaming Headset.
Here is a list and detailed explanation of the pros and cons of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset.
Pros of Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset
Let us start with the pros.
Built wise these headsets look chunky but they are super lightweight, thanks to their plastic built.
They can last you a long long time, and the built quality is good (not great).
They are good for long gaming sessions because of their light weight they do not exert pressure on your neck and you can comfortably wear them for a long time.
The design of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset is great. They have a futuristic look to them and the RGB light on the side just looks marvelous.
Despite their bulky build, they look pretty cool for a budget wireless headsets. Plus their custom RGB lights that support 60 million colors are really a cherry on the top.
You can adjust the light according to the theme of your gaming PC.
The side panel of the headsets is removable, which exposes the battery. This feature becomes very convenient in case you need to insert fresh batteries into the headphones, plus you can purchase custom side panels to go on with your setup, indeed a super thoughtful feature.
The Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset is very light in weight, they do not put an excess strain on your neck which allows you to play for long without any discomfort.
The ear cups are big enough to fit on your ears, these ear cups are super soft and breathable, they do not heat while playing which prevents ears from getting sore and red-hot.
One of the best features of this headset is its boom microphone.
If you are new to the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset, you will surely have a hard time finding them.
The microphone can be hidden by putting it up very easily, and it goes all the way into the headset and disappear like they were never there. When completely ticked in they have an auto-muting system, which automatically mutes the microphone.
When pulled all the way out, the microphone extends and can be adjusted accordingly. The microphone quality is pretty decent, they are clear enough to communicate with your teammates and provide no interruptions whatsoever.
They have built-in noise cancellation, which only high-end headphones have in them, this built-in noise cancellation really sets them apart from their competitors.
Functionality-wise these headphones shine.
There is a volume dial at the back, to adjust the volume.
At first, it was hard to get used to this volume dial, but with time it helped me so much.
There are 4 more buttons above the volume dial, all four of them are fully customizable through Logitech gaming software.
There is also a mute button, which I rarely use because moving the microphone to an upright position mutes the mic automatically.
For a gaming headset, sound can be a deal-breaker, no matter how good a headset look or how great they function, if they sound awful then they are of no use.
As for Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset, they sound great!
The audio driver pumps out clean highs, lows, and mids with punchy bass. The sound of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset is completely customizable according to your needs.
Another super cool feature is the surround sound of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset, they can be switched to a 7.1 surround sound mode.
The experience of the Logitech g933 Wireless Gaming Headset’s surround sound is unreal, it is very clear and you feel like you are actually there.
Connectivity and response
The connectivity and response of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset are very good.
There is no audio delay or lag, and the sound delivery for the microphone is very clear.
The main issue with Bluetooth headsets is the lack of connectivity and response. However, with the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset, there aren’t any such issues.
They are just perfect.
Cons of Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset
Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset is packed with super cool features however there is one thing that I can count as a con of the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset and that is its battery life lets have a look at it.
The company claims a battery life of 8 hours with lighting effects and 12 hours with lighting effects turned on. however, I found these figures quite misleading.
What is found out is that with lighting off I get about 8 hours of battery life and with lighting on I get about 5 to 6 hours of battery life?
These figures do not concern me but I would like Logitech to be a bit more precise about their figures.
However, you can use the headsets while charging with a cable present in the box, hence, it is not a deal-breaker for me.
So this was all about the Logitech G933 Wireless Gaming Headset.
These headsets are best for gamers who want a good-looking wireless headset with great sound and functionality minus the crazy price.
These headphones sure give a tough competition to many high-end devices and for me, they are really good and functional.
